I've always liked songs that tell stories, or start a story that I can finish in my imagination.
Knoxville Moon started with one story of a touring musician promising to return home safely... and gave me the idea to record a few songs that are special to me. From East Tennessee to West Yorkshire, I've been lucky enough to make some of my favourite country music in my two favourite places.
Proceeds from the CD will be donated to The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, a great organisation that raises funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health. I've been happy to support them since 2016.
